Ensure that orders are delivered in a time-efficient manner.
Handle all packages and documents with care.
Verify delivery information (names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.).
Collect necessary payments and signatures from clients.
Record delivery information (t.o.d, recipients' name(s), etc.).
Load and unpack goods from trucks and delivery vans; taking items up flights of stairs for clients upon request.
Update the status of deliveries over telephones with clients.
State & employee ID confirmation when needed (e.g. depositing cash into banks as instructed before delivery).

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Clients:
- We provide detailed invoices for all clients who have accounts, which enables us to customize billing needs, as well as track packages from pick-up to delivery providing a signature receipt upon completion.
- Clients are billed every other week. Invoices may be received by paper or email (place your request when opening an account).
- Services that require a certificate of insurance must be made 36 hours in advance.
"One-Shot" Orders:
- Simply call in your order and provide us with a credit or debit card before checking out!
- If paying cash or check, please let us know if we will be receiving the payment at pick up or delivery.
